Biography

Seth is a third-generation entrepreneur and grew up discussing business around the dinner table with his father and grandfather. Following their example, he has gone on to successfully launch and transition law firm, three different business-to-business professional services enterprises, a commercial real estate venture, and a national rare disease nonprofit. He has worked with business of all sizes either as corporate counsel, business consultant, and as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor. In whatever capacity he is engaged, Seth helps his clients find strategic paths to achieve their goals. As a result, he is often the first call his clients make when confronted with a challenge. Away from the consulting world, Seth spends his time at home in Hopkinton, New Hampshire, spending time with his wife and two daughters or out tending to his ever-expanding home orchard.

John Prieto, a Nashua native, has a deep-rooted passion for business and real estate, shaped by his family’s legacy. Following in the entrepreneurial footsteps of his parents and nine siblings, John has built his own successful career as a serial entrepreneur. Over the years, he has been involved in more than 4,000 real estate (licensed Broker & appraiser) and business transactions, giving him a wealth of experience in both industries. John and his Acres team specializes in business brokerage, where his extensive knowledge of the real estate market, paired with his lifetime of entrepreneurial insights, allows him to expertly guide business owners through the complex process of selling their company. His deep ties to New Hampshire and beyond business community that has helped him build a vast network that he taps into to connect buyers and sellers, address challenges, and ensure smooth transactions. Outside of his professional endeavors, John is deeply connected to his family & community he and his wife Jessica (CEO of her family precast/concrete business) have 2 teenager kids and active social life. He’s also a traveler who has explored 25 countries, never fully retired member of Amoskeag Rugby Club, Brazilian Jui jitsu purple belt, golfer, skier, lover of all things NH. But in the end, he says it’s the simple things…a dinner with loved ones, watching & coaching my high school kids playing the sports they love top the list.

Christian grew up in New Hampshire before moving to San Diego, California to complete his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University in International Business. After five years of honing his sales skills in diverse industries, he led the business development team at a startup. Christian was on the ground floor with its two founders, learning what it takes to build a business. His passion for developing relationships and gaining knowledge serves as a catalyst for the development he’s seen so far. Unwilling to compromise his morality and authenticity gives him the capacity to take a consultative approach and produce sales ensuring the best results for all parties involved. Outside of business, Christian spends his free time with his fiancée and dog, at his local CrossFit Gym, or enjoying Sunday dinner with his family.
