With a career in real estate spanning over twenty years, Phil Lusk brings experience in mortgage lending, real estate evaluation, underwriting and investing. His current position at ACRES as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist allows Phil to use his expertise in a variety of roles, stepping in to any department to assist where needed. Originally a Massachusetts native, Phil first moved to New Hampshire in 2015 with his wife and son. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading and writing, and hockey.
