Outside of his professional endeavors, John is deeply connected to his family & community he and his wife Jessica (CEO of her family precast/concrete business) have 2 teenager kids and active social life. He’s also a traveler who has explored 25 countries, never fully retired member of Amoskeag Rugby Club, Brazilian Jui jitsu purple belt, golfer, skier, lover of all things NH. But in the end, he says it’s the simple things…a dinner with loved ones, watching & coaching my high school kids playing the sports they love top the list.

Seth is a third-generation entrepreneur and grew up discussing business around the dinner table with his father and grandfather. Following their example, he has gone on to successfully launch and transition law firm, three different business-to-business professional services enterprises, a commercial real estate venture, and a national rare disease nonprofit. He has worked with business of all sizes either as corporate counsel, business consultant, and as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor.
